This is a monster that I created, alongside the Efreeti Lich (a genie that grants themselves their own wish, and suffer the consequences of such greed). This was requested by a Patron and I really liked the idea, so here it is.
Yes the CR is much higher compared to a regular elemental, despite the health not increasing by much, but that's because the elemental can do some devastating combos, with web and its flame body, or armor agathys and flame body which deal massive damage to melee characters.
